張一程 Yi-Cheng Chang (WISEA® Chang)
In the 1970’s, WiSEA Chang created this revolutionary Survive-To-Swim™ / SWIM-EASY™ method for learning and teaching swimming. An ordinary person can swim 20 - 30 meters after only several hours of instruction and practice.
This method is unlike traditional methods that focus on how to move arms and legs, what strokes, or style — all about superficial forms but no fundamental principles or reasoning. Learners often feel it is difficult to learn to swim; They are often fearful and frustrated, and many even give up. Many seem capable of swimming a distance but mostly relying on all-out struggling. When exhausted, they are prone to choking, and even in danger of drowning.
WiSEA’s Survive-To-Swim™(S-T-S) / SWIM-EASY™ method starts with each learner's psychology, perception, conscience, habit and hidden ability. It induces learners to understand water and themselves by experiments, trial and error, feeling, thinking, reasoning, and eventually realizing they can easily survive in water and know what to do in water.
This 2-hour DVD is for swimming learners, teachers, and practice partners.
One learner who participated in the video recording for this DVD proudly said:
“WE WILL BE THE TEACHERS OF FUTURE WORLD SWIM CHAMPIONS !”
